You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data associated with BLOOCK, or exercise another applicable privacy right. You do not need to reinstall the Game to contact us.
1. Send a request
If you still have BLOOCK, use Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data, or the corresponding access or export control where available. Read the confirmation before proceeding. A request shown as pending is not confirmation that server data has been deleted. If the device is offline, reconnect or contact us for help.
You can also email hello@ludonstudios.com with the subject BLOOCK data deletion request, BLOOCK data access request or BLOOCK data correction request. State what you want us to do and provide enough relevant information to locate your record. This route is also available to someone who cannot access their account.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or another person's private information. Uninstalling the Game is not the same as requesting deletion from our servers. Device backups or secure storage may also retain local information.
2. Verification
We take proportionate steps to confirm that a request comes from the person concerned or someone authorised to act for them. A player ID or displayed nickname can help locate information but is not sufficient proof of authority on its own.
Depending on the circumstances, we may verify an authenticated in-game request, control of an available linked account, transaction information or other relevant evidence. We do not routinely require an identity document where a less intrusive method is sufficient. A store receipt alone does not automatically prove authority over every part of an account.
If we need more information or cannot securely identify the relevant record, we will explain what is missing. We will not disclose or delete another person's information to satisfy an unverified request.
3. What deletion covers
Subject to a lawful exception, deletion covers personal information under our control that is associated with the relevant profile, including:
- the profile, player identifier, chosen or system-generated nickname, avatar and age or permission records;
- cloud saves, gameplay progress, settings, inventory and active entitlement records;
- platform account links held by BLOOCK;
- friend connections, invitations, visibility settings and blocks;
- competition entries, scores, replays, rankings, reward claims and wheel records;
- identifiable optional analytics and diagnostic records; and
- reports, moderation decisions, appeals and support records where no continuing lawful reason requires retention.
Public profile links and identifying information in historical standings are removed or de-identified where covered by the request. Deleting your profile deletes all your friendships and friend requests in both directions, your friend code, and the blocks and reports made by you or about you; a legal hold can keep copies of reports and blocks until the hold ends, but never of friendships or requests. Information that has been irreversibly anonymised and cannot reasonably be linked to you is no longer personal data. Another player's independently retained screenshot or an app store's own records are not automatically erased by deleting your BLOOCK profile.
4. Progress and purchases
Deleting your profile removes its progress and unused Coin and Diamond balances. Deletion is not a refund request and does not waive statutory consumer remedies. Supported restoration of a verified permanent cosmetic or remaining Pass term is a separate process and does not reissue the bundle's one-time currency bonus.
An app store may retain the original purchase independently. Where restoration is supported and the original transaction can be verified, a permanent Silver, Gold or Diamond theme and frame can be restored to an eligible profile. Restoration does not grant the bundle's one-time currency bonus again. An active Instant Rewards Pass restores only a verified remaining term where supported, not a fresh term. Spent currency is not reissued simply because a purchase is restored. Other remaining balances and entitlements are handled as stated before deletion and under applicable consumer law; deleting an account does not itself constitute a refund request.
5. Limited retention after deletion
We may retain only the data necessary to meet a legal obligation, handle an unresolved transaction or refund, establish or defend a legal claim, or address a substantiated safety, fraud or security issue. A moderation exception is not a reason to keep the entire profile indefinitely.
Limited retained records may include a player identifier and may remain in the same database and backup system as other records. They remain personal data where they can be linked to you. Access and use are restricted to the continuing lawful purpose; they are not used to recreate an active profile. A prohibited nickname may remain on a deny list only where justified to prevent its immediate reuse.
Backups expire under the schedule in the Privacy Policy. They are not used to restore a deleted account to ordinary use. If disaster recovery brings back data covered by a completed deletion, the deletion is reapplied before normal use resumes. We explain any material retention exception when responding to your request.
6. Access, correction and other rights
We provide information in an intelligible form and, where a portability right applies, a commonly used machine-readable format. The copy you can request in Privacy & Data lists every friendship and friend request, sent or received, accepted or waiting, with its dates, and names the other player only by their system-generated name; it marks one as restricted only when your own age correction restricted it, so it reveals nothing about another player's age. Access is not limited to the contents of an automatic in-game export. If that export does not include all information covered by your request, contact us for the remainder.
We may protect another person's rights, confidential legal advice or genuinely security-sensitive information as permitted by law, but we will not use those exceptions to withhold unrelated personal data. You may also request restriction, object to applicable processing, withdraw consent or contest a qualifying automated decision. The Privacy Policy explains these rights in more detail.
7. Timing and costs
We respond without undue delay and within the period required by the law that applies to your request. Under the GDPR, the usual response period is one month from receipt; a permitted extension of up to two further months for complexity or the number of requests will be explained within the first month. Under KVKK, we respond as soon as possible and within 30 days under the applicable procedure. Other laws may set different deadlines.
Verification does not create a new, automatic 30-day waiting period in every country. We ask for necessary verification promptly and apply the relevant rules on deadlines. Requests are normally free; a fee or refusal is possible only where the applicable law permits it, with an explanation. Completion is confirmed when the relevant action has been carried out, not merely when a button is pressed or an email is sent.
8. Young players and representatives
Young players retain their privacy rights. A parent, guardian or authorised representative may act where the applicable law allows, subject to proportionate checks of their authority and the young person's rights. Correcting an age entry does not by itself authorise automatic deletion of every earlier save or purchase; we assess which processing may continue and whether additional permission or deletion is required.
If an age correction makes an existing profile ineligible, affected cloud saves, sign-in links, friendships, requests and the chosen nickname are restricted for 30 days. The affected save, links and social connections are then deleted and the nickname is released. Contact us promptly if the correction is wrong; the current version has no automatic restoration process. This does not cancel statutory rights concerning an earlier purchase.
If you believe that information was obtained from a child contrary to the Game's age requirements or without legally required permission, contact us. We will assess the record, restrict inappropriate processing and take the corrective steps required by law.
