BLOOCK

BLOOCK Community Guidelines

Current version · Effective 16 October 2026

These Guidelines apply to names, profiles, friends, competitions and other player interactions available in BLOOCK. They form part of the Terms of Use. BLOOCK is operated by a natural person in Türkiye using the Ludon Studios brand.

1. Age and available features

BLOOCK is intended for players aged 13 and over. A higher minimum age or restriction may apply to your country, store version or a particular feature. You must meet that requirement and obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required by law.

In this version, players aged 13–17 can use core gameplay and the free wheel, subject to any higher applicable age restriction. Account linking, cloud saves, chosen nicknames, friends, rankings, in-app purchases and advertisements are not available to this age group. We do not currently offer a verified parental-authorisation process to unlock these features. Friends are available only to players whose age answer puts them at 18 or over, who have accepted the current Terms of Use and who can use the Game's online features; they are not available to players aged 13–17, to a player whose age is not known or to anyone under 13. These are the features currently offered, not a statement that the law universally prohibits young players from using online services. Any future access will depend on the particular feature, applicable law, appropriate safeguards and any permission actually required; it will be explained before that feature becomes available. Do not enter a false age to bypass a restriction.

Friendship is optional, and nobody is made a friend automatically. It requires acceptance by both players: a request becomes a friendship only when the other player accepts it, or when each player has sent the other a request. Young players have high-privacy settings by default. No player can be found by searching: there is no player search and no browsable list of players, and the Game does not read or upload your phone contacts. A friend is added only by entering the 8-character friend code the other player chose to share. A nickname does not need to reveal your real identity. The Game offers no chat, messaging, voice calls or image sharing and no other way for players to send each other content, and a friend request carries no message.

2. Names and visible information

Use a system-generated name or, where available, choose an appropriate nickname. Do not include your real name, date of birth, school, contact details or other information that would identify or locate you or another person.

Names and any other content you provide must not:

A filter accepting a name does not guarantee that the name complies with these rules. A prohibited name may be refused or replaced with a neutral alias. Choosing a nickname gives us permission to display it for the relevant Game feature; it does not give us ownership of your identity or unrelated content.

3. Friends and respectful interaction

Anyone who has your friend code can send you a request, so share it only with people you want to hear from. You can replace your code at any time, up to five times a day, and the old code stops working at once. You can have up to 50 friends and up to 20 sent requests waiting for an answer, and sending requests is rate-limited. Only send requests to people you wish to connect with, respect a refusal and do not repeatedly contact someone who has declined or blocked you. Do not pressure another player to share personal information, move to an outside messaging service, buy something or provide a password.

Either player can remove a friendship at any time; the sender can cancel a request that has not been answered and the recipient can decline it. This deletes the record of that friendship or request, and being friends again needs a new request. You can block any player whose name you see in a friend or request row, on a friend's card or in competition standings. A block ends any friendship between you for good, even if you later unblock the player, and hides each of you from the other in friend lists, requests, friend cards and standings; the blocked player cannot send you a request and is shown only that you are not available. Blocked players are listed in Privacy & Data, where you can undo a block at any time. A block limits interaction in the ways explained by the Game; it is not a promise to erase every historical result or every copy of information already seen by another person.

Where parental permission is required for an interaction, it must be obtained before that interaction becomes available. Permission for payment, data processing and social interaction may have different requirements; one does not automatically replace the others.

4. Fair play and service security

Do not manipulate saves, purchases, rewards, moves or scores; use bots or unauthorised automation to gain an advantage; submit fabricated or replayed results; or exploit a defect to obtain something you are not entitled to receive. Ordinary accessibility tools are not prohibited merely because they assist you; using a tool to fabricate input or defeat competition rules is prohibited.

Do not misuse refunds, chargebacks, promotions, advertisements or reward claims. Making a good-faith refund or consumer complaint is not abuse.

Do not access another person's account or data, steal credentials, overload the service, bypass security controls or conduct unauthorised testing. If you find a vulnerability, report it to hello@ludonstudios.com without accessing other players' data or disrupting the service. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law expressly gives you.

5. Reporting a concern

Use the in-game report control where the concern appears: beside a player's name in a friend or request row, on a friend's card or in competition standings. A report made in the Game gives one reason from a fixed list (offensive name, impersonation, hate or slur, sexual content, spam or scam, or something else), carries no free text and is reviewed by a person. Alternatively, email hello@ludonstudios.com with the subject BLOOCK community report. Include the displayed name or event, where it appeared, the approximate time, the reason and a relevant screenshot if available. Avoid unrelated personal information.

Reports must be made in good faith. Do not knowingly submit false reports, organise harassment through reporting or retaliate against someone who reports a concern. We assess reports according to their seriousness and the available evidence. We may be unable to tell you the full outcome concerning another person because of privacy or security obligations.

6. Measures we may take

We apply proportionate measures based on the conduct, its impact, the available evidence, age where relevant and applicable law. Measures may include a warning, a name change, removal of prohibited content, rejection or correction of a score, reversal of an invalid reward, temporary restrictions on the affected feature, or account suspension for serious or repeated abuse. An operator may suspend a player's social features, stating the category of the reason and, optionally, an end date no more than 365 days away; the player can appeal, and a person decides the appeal. While suspended, the player cannot add friends, accept requests, open friends' cards or change their nickname, and other players see the system-generated name and cannot reach the player; declining, removing, reporting, blocking and appealing keep working, and the suspension deletes nothing.

A technical failure or unverifiable result is not, by itself, proof of cheating. We distinguish safety restrictions from punishment. We do not automatically confiscate legitimate purchases as a penalty; refunds, duplicate grants, fraudulent transactions and legally necessary restrictions are handled separately under the Terms and applicable consumer law.

We explain a material decision and provide a review route where required, except to the extent disclosure would violate the law, expose another person's data or compromise a security investigation. We may act promptly where necessary to protect someone or prevent continuing harm.

7. Appeals and retained records

Use the appeal option shown in the Game or email hello@ludonstudios.com with the subject BLOOCK appeal. Explain the decision, why you believe it is wrong and any relevant evidence. We will arrange review by a person rather than treating an automated flag as conclusive.

We keep reports, relevant evidence, decisions and appeals only for justified safety, review or legal purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion of an account does not always require deletion of the limited evidence needed for an ongoing complaint or legal obligation. Such records are not used to recreate a public profile.

Nothing in these Guidelines limits a statutory complaint, appeal or court remedy.

8. Contact and changes

We will update these Guidelines if player interactions or safety rules materially change and give appropriate notice.
